WHAT IS BOTOX® COSMETIC?

Botox® Cosmetic is a purified protein that temporarily relaxes the facial muscles in order to smooth out fine lines and wrinkles. They can be injected in many areas of the face, including the following common sites: between the brows, the forehead and around the eyes. There are other areas that can be injected, such as in the chin (to prevent an “orange peel” look), the underarms (to reduce excessive sweating) and the nose (for bunny lines). With the right amount of Botox placed in the proper muscles, you can have natural movement while maintaining a youthful look.
HOW BOTOX® COSMETIC WORKS

Botox® Cosmetic works by blocking the communication between the brain and the injected muscles. Without this interaction, muscles lay dormant and therefore do not make active expression. After a couple months, the blockage slowly begins to fade so that the muscles regain their activity.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Before your treatment, we will analyze your muscle movement and strength. This will help us determine the amount of Botox® needed and where it should be injected. If you’d like, you can choose from a variety of pain reducers to minimize discomfort during your appointment. A precise amount of product is carefully placed into each site for maximum, lasting results. The entire procedure takes only 5-10 minutes.

WHAT IS XEOMIN® & HOW DOES IT WORK?

FDA APPROVED. CLINICALLY PROVEN.
Frown lines form when facial expressions are made as the muscle under the skin contracts. Over time, as your skin ages, these repeated expressions cause lasting frown lines. Neurotoxins, such as Xeomin®, are prescription medications that block the release of chemicals that cause these muscle contractions so frown lines are softened.
XEOMIN® STATE-OF-THE-ART MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Xeomin® is made through a unique precision manufacturing process that isolates the therapeutic component of the molecule and removes the complexing/unnecessary proteins that don't play an active role in treatment. Xeomin® is a uniquely purified neurotoxin. Studies have not been performed to determine whether the presence or absence of complexing/unnecessary proteins has a long-term effect on safety or efficacy.

DAXXIFY IS PEPTIDE POWERED

DAXXIFY® may last up to twice as long as conventional frown line treatments for some.* *Conventional frown line treatments last 3-4 months. At least 50% of patients in clinical studies had no or minor frown lines 6 months after treatment with DAXXIFY®. In other safety studies, between 5% and 17% of patients still had noticeable improvement 9 months later.
