Who Is A Good Fit For A PDO Thread Treatment?
An ideal candidate for a smooth thread treatment is a patient with acne scaring or someone who has deep set lines that Botox cannot fully treat. It is ideal for someone looking to restore shape to certain areas and reduce the appearance fine lines. Lifting threads are ideal for a patient who is looking to tighten and lift without a surgical procedure. Lifting threads can improve the appearance of sagging skin around the neck and jawline (jowls) and smooth deep set nasiolabial folds.
How Long Does A Thread Lift Take?
Typically, a thread treatment takes somewhere between 20-30 minutes. A topical and/or lidocaine injections can be used in the area for maximum comfort. While the procedure is minimally invasive, everyone heals and responds to treatment differently. We recommend taking the rest of the day off work and your regular activities. Results will last up to 18 months. Most patients will need 3-4 sessions in order to see longer lasting results.
